The Federation of Somali Trade Unions (FESTU), in partnership with the United Nations under the Joint Programme on Human Rights (JPHR), implements a nationwide Labour Rights Education Programme to raise awareness and strengthen workers’ understanding of the newly amended Somali Labour Code.
These messages are designed to help employers easily understand compliance requirements under the newly enacted Labour Code. They are available in Somali as well as in English languages, ensuring wide and inclusive reach.
